I have 2 female students who are studying in SIM. They are Malaysians, one PR and the other holding student pass. They need a 2-bdrm flat, with direct access to the university, and preferably near to amenities. Their budget is $1400 as only 2 of them will be staying in the flat. Ideally the apartment should be fully-furnished and airconditioned.
