I have this group of tenants who are looking for a 2-bdrm unit near to their workplace. They are EP holders, 1 Indonesian female and 2 Malaysians, one male & one female. They are all engineers, working in Jalan Bt Merah and Habourfront.
They require a fully-furnished apartment, a simple one will do. Air-conditioning is optional. Their only request is that the toilets must be sitting ones, not squatting. Their budget is $1600 maximum. Lease to commence end of June.
