Local tenants looking for house to rent (Closed)

I have a Singaporean family who has recently sold their condo and is now looking for an unfurnished landed property to rent for 1-2 years. The preferred districts are D19 & D20. It can be a semi-D or terrace but it has to have wardrobes & 4 bedrooms. Their budget is $3.5K & they need to move in by Oct 1.
