Need 2+1 HDB or Condo by end of June (Closed)

My clients, two young Singaporean ladies, are looking for a 3-room HDB or 2-bdrm condo for short-term rental, maybe for about 6 months. Ideally the apartment should be fully-furnished and fully air-conditioned. Their budget can stretch to $2K for the condo unit, preferably near to MRT from Tiong Bahru to Dover. Lease commencement will be the last week of June.
