My client is presently looking at downgrading to either a 3- or 4-rm HDB. It's a family of 5 so ideally the apt should have 2 toilets. It should either be a 3+1 or 2+1+1. Something near to Bedok or Tanah Merah MRT would be good. Preferably the unit should be on high floor, lift level and not too rundown.
